Kindly be informed that www.BaalBazaar.com will not be able to refund or exchange any online or offline sales at www.BaalBazaar.com or any other website of the company under any circumstances.

www.BaalBazaar.com passionately believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors and textures seen on a monitor may be slightly different as compared to the actual product ordered.

www.BaalBazaar.com trusts and has faith in its customers for making its venture successful so that every year www.BaalBazaar.com can deliver and exceed customers' expectations and beyond. 

But in some cases, we used to provide replacements and refund guarantees at the time of orders placed by e mail, WhatsApp or any other communication mode used by the company.

In that case it is possible that we must be able to provide a conditional guarantee of our products. But as customers know very well about human hair industry is a tedious industry where sometimes customers who are not aware about the testing of quality may feel issues with quality and in those cases where the fault is due to negligence of customer and lack of knowledge of customer, in that case we do not offer any replacement or refund.

We are in this business for such a long time that we know very well about the quality standards and know our products and quality control process deeply, that we are greatly confident about our products quality and make sure not to leave any chance of negligence from our side.

To do requirements details for exceptional cases where we accept refund:

  1. We refund only the cost of material (cost of custom controls, bank charges, shipping etc. are not refundable).
  2. Our material must be sent back in the same condition as received with original packing, labels and in not used or altered in any way condition.
  3. Cost of sending back the material is paid by the buyer.
  4. All the charges from sending back to arrive at our premises are the responsibility of the buyer.
  5. A refund is issued within 20 working days after receiving the material and duly checked by our production department and if there is any discrepancy that will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  6. Returns must be sent according to international import exports procedures or how to ways suggested by the company, so that the returns must not be treated as import for us where may be implementation of import duty by Indian custom authorities. If it happens then we will deduct the amount of import duty from the total refund.
  7. All the returns must be described in detail and identical to the original invoice sent with shipment so that to clear the returns shipment in customs.
  8. If there is any kind of damage to goods during transit, that will be the responsibility of the buyer as we deemed the returned shipment as insured by the buyer.
