Processing Time
At Baal Bazaar, we carefully inspect and prepare every order before dispatch to ensure you receive a product that meets our quality standards.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During sales, festivals, new launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Return Policy
Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of human hair extensions and hair replacement products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
We strongly recommend carefully checking the product description, size, length, hair color, texture, base size, attachment method, and other specifications before placing your order.
If you receive an incorrect product or your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 Hours of delivery, along with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue. Such cases will be reviewed by our team in accordance with our applicable replacement/support policy.
Please note: Change of mind, incorrect size/length selection, or personal preference regarding color, texture, volume, or appearance will not qualify for a return.
Hair Color
Human hair is a natural product, and slight variations in hair color may occur.
The actual color of the product may also appear slightly different from the photographs displayed on our website due to lighting conditions, photography, screen brightness, display settings, and differences between mobile or computer screens.
Natural human hair can contain subtle variations between individual strands, which is normal and contributes to its natural appearance.
We recommend selecting your shade carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure about the most suitable color, please contact the Baal Bazaar team for assistance before ordering.
Slight color variation will not be considered a product defect.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Baal Bazaar within 3 hours of placing the order, after that order cancellation not possible because all the orders are automatically put in processing after 3 hours.
Cancellation requests can only be considered if the order has not yet been processed, customized, packed, or dispatched.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders where a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after deducting 5% of total order receipt as fees for online store and payment gateway on your order paid by the company, subject to payment gateway and banking processing timelines.
Baal Bazaar reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including payment verification issues, incorrect pricing or product information caused by a technical error, suspected fraudulent activity, or product unavailability.
